SVM Arquitectura is an architectural consulting firm specializing in Eco-green and Sustainable design.

Her representative and Principal Arch. Suner Villalta Maietta founded the firm in 2005; was graduate with Licentiate’s Degree in Architecture, School of Architecture, Veritas University.

Member of CFIA (Professional Association of Engineers and Architects of Costa Rica).

Was attendance of several sustainable design courses and seminaries during the University and worked in two of the most famous firms in Costa Rica Zurcher Architects and DEHC Ingenieros Consultores.

More than 10 years of experience in the Nicoya Peninsula in Beach Residential Architecture, Master planning and approval consulting service for ZMT constructions, with a complete knowledge of the natural environment of the area whether, typology and style tendency, topography-environment conditions, attending the local and foreigner people necessities of the area.

Participated in different community projects with Associations of Santa Teresa Town, improving with designs and ideas the actual conditions of urban-rural infrastructure.

We have a highly qualified team, well supported by consultants with high experience. Our studio is located in Playa Santa Teresa, Cobano, Costa Rica. We cover the entire area of the Peninsula of Nicoya and Pacific Coast.
